Note: The group policy editor is not available to users of Windows XP Home Edition.
To access the Group Policy Editor follow these steps:
1. Click Start - Run.
2. Type "gpedit.msc" and press ENTER.
To understand navigation and available options click on the available options and read their descriptions. You can also get information on the Group Policy Editor through browsing for "Group Policy" in Help and Support.
